- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed to promote healing and prevent complications.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care and promoting a positive work environment.
