We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our extension office, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent are required.

Responsibilities will include screening visitors, directing calls, and handling mail correspondence. You will also maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and coordinate maintenance on shared office equipment. Furthermore, you will assist with events, educational activities, and volunteer coordination as part of our 4-H program. Experience with 4-H programs is a plus

A competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience, includes benefits such as North Dakota Public Employees Retirement Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, and Voluntary Benefit Options.
