Job Summary
We are looking for a Physician Assistant to work in an orthopedic surgery practice, providing high-quality patient care and assisting in surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, and joint replacement. The Physician Assistant will work closely with our orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures, including joint replacement, sports medicine surgeries, and cartilage restoration procedures.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including fracture management, corticosteroid and PRP injections, and clinic management of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and septic arthritis.
- Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in patient education and counseling.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physician assistant educational program.
- Physician Assistant License (Required).
- Experience in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, and joint replacement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $150,000 per year.
- 3-year contract with sign-on bonus.
