Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Assisted Stretching Specialists. This role requires a commitment of 20+ hours per week, including weekend availability. The position offers an hourly wage complemented by performance bonuses.

Shifts Available:
We are particularly looking for candidates who can work:
  • Mornings: 8 AM - 2 PM
  • Evenings: 2 PM - 8 PM
  • Saturdays: 8 AM - 2 PM

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working closely with a diverse clientele, ranging from young athletes to seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Assisted Stretching Specialist, you will:
  • Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions
  • Educate clients on effective stretching techniques and mobility
  • Design personalized stretching experiences tailored to individual needs
  • Contribute to a unique and welcoming environment that fosters client retention
  • Ensure client safety through proper stretching methods and adherence to company policies
  • Participate in monthly meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment

Required Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:
  • Experience in health or fitness fields, or relevant degrees in Kinesiology or Exercise Science
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy
  • A professional work ethic and reliability

Compensation:
The hourly wage ranges from $18 to $24, based on experience, and includes bonuses and cash tips, averaging $100 per week. Additional perks include:
