Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and sustain low-level firmware for next-generation medical products, encompassing wireless communication, data synchronization, battery management, and associated systems.
  • Engage with applications that are constrained by size and power, managing the streaming of extensive data sets from various sensor types.
  • Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams to ensure effective integration between firmware and software solutions.
  • Develop test specifications and protocols, while conducting ongoing testing and debugging processes.
  • Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry standards.
  • Participate in board bring-up activities and execute comprehensive testing and debugging of firmware to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in C/C++ programming for microcontroller applications.
  • Skilled in shell scripting, Python, or other prevalent scripting languages.
  • Experience with contemporary MCU architectures and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Familiar with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, SDIO, USB, and BLE.
  • Knowledgeable in embedded system debugging tools including Segger J-Link, JTAG, and logic analyzers.
  • Adept at utilizing various laboratory instruments, such as multimeters, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
