Position Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care, demonstrating respect and empathy in all interactions.
- Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization, adhering to established policies and ethical standards.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Monitor patient conditions, documenting changes and administering medications as prescribed.
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient responses and physician directives.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess and implement patient care plans.
- Evaluate diagnostic tests to determine patient conditions.
- Encourage patient independence through education on self-care and condition management.
- Ensure quality care by adhering to therapeutic standards and making necessary adjustments.
- Document patient care activities accurately.
- Maintain continuity of care by communicating with nursing teams.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff.
- Assist with patient examinations and treatments.
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharge processes.
- Provide health education to patients and families.
- Implement infection control measures and provide training to staff.
- Engage in nursing research activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
