We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Payable Specialist at TYLER KIA. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to our vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Manage and maintain our vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies
  • Collaborate with our accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Accounting degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred experience in AR/AP in an automotive dealership
