Career Opportunity: Capri Health & Rehab is seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the nursing personnel and day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during an assigned tour of duty. This role requires strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the clinical care planning and delivery processes to ensure the coordination of quality patient care.
• Assess residents/clients upon admission and periodically as conditions change.
• Perform rounds to evaluate patient condition.
• Provide or assist with the delivery of direct patient care when indicated, including activities of daily living, meal assistance, medication and treatment administration, and leisure activities when indicated.

Qualifications:

• RN License
• Minimum 5+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting and a minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor
• CPR/BLS certified
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers
