Teaching Opportunity at Success Academy

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team at Success Academy, a network of top-performing charter schools in New York City. As a teacher at Success Academy, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to our mission of providing a high-quality, whole-child education to students from low-income neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and align with curriculum standards.
  • Utilize a range of instructional strategies and technologies to enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Manage a classroom of 20+ students and create a productive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, and provide timely feedback and support to help students improve.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school leaders to support student success and advance our educational goals.
