Teaching Opportunity at Success Academy

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team at Success Academy, a network of public charter schools in New York City. As a teacher at Success Academy, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to our mission of providing a high-quality, whole-child education to all students, regardless of zip code or economic status.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to enhance learning.
  • Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations.
  • Provide timely feedback and support to help students improve.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
  • Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain a productive learning environment.
  • Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success.
