About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Integrated Healthcare System, which comprises over 2,500 physicians and 450 advanced practice providers across multiple locations. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to transforming the patient experience for over 4 million people annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 7 providers, including 5 MDs and 2 NPs, in delivering exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Work closely with our Epic EMR system to optimize clinical workflows
