About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to operate our offset press machine, producing high-quality packaging for domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the offset press machine to develop end-result printed material in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the press operation to ensure optimal performance and quality.
  • Measure and adjust paper thickness, ink, and dampening solution to achieve precise registration and color density.
  • Start and stop the press, examining printed copy for quality and making adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee general technicians working on equipment and ensure efficient make-ready and unloading processes.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years of offset press equipment operation experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and mathematical abilities to compute percentages, weights, and measures.
Physical Demands:
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending, and reaching, with frequent lifting in excess of 60 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to hold, touch, feel, and manipulate product and equipment safely.
  • Good eye-hand coordination and ability to adjust focus.
Quality and OHSE:
  • Review and ensure all jobs are complete, accurate, and error-free.
  • Ensure finished product exceeds customer expectations and meets quality standards.
  • Comply with cGMP, HACCP Food Safety Requirements, and Chain of Custody.
