Position Summary

We are currently seeking skilled independent roofing technicians. Upon joining our team, technicians will be contacted for assignments based on proximity to work orders, promoting efficiency and timely service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems utilizing a variety of materials, including shingles, tiles, and metal.
  • Remove existing roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and utilize protective gear when working at elevated heights.

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing.
  • Proficient knowledge of various roofing materials and installation methods, with specialization in at least one type, such as tile, metal, foam, or TPO.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in work.
  • Physical endurance to perform demanding tasks and work at heights.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit.

Compensation Structure
  • Payment is issued bi-weekly.
  • Available payment methods include direct bank transfer and CashApp.

Verification Requirements
