  • Conduct engaging and effective swimming lessons, adapting teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, enforcing pool rules and safety protocols to ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents/guardians, keeping them informed of progress and goals.
  • Manage accurate records of attendance, progress, and incidents, contributing to the overall success of our program.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the quality and consistency of our services.
  • Foster a positive and enjoyable atmosphere during lessons, promoting a love of swimming and water safety.

Requirements:

  • Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
  • Current lifeguard and CPR certifications, with a passion for promoting water safety and a love for teaching swimming.
  • Previous experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
