As a Financial Management Specialist at Ledgent Finance & Accounting, you will be responsible for utilizing accounting software systems to efficiently manage and report financial data. You will operate ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other associated tasks, and utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions, including data analysis and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Participate in budget processes, contributing to the creation and review of budgets.
- Monitor and record cash activity, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented.
- Ensure all accounting functions are performed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Resolve any accounting discrepancies and irregularities promptly and professionally.
- Proficiency in accounting software systems is required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must.
- Proficiency in accounting functions is required.
- Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.
- Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential.
- Knowledge in budget processes is a must.
- Ability to handle cash activity is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
PAY: $75K to $84K
