Important Note:
Candidates must possess experience in a Production Support environment, particularly with ETL Suite and Control Monitoring.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical assistance for jobs developed using the Ab Initio ETL tool suite.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues associated with Ab Initio applications, infrastructure, and deployments.
  • Develop and sustain documentation concerning Ab Initio configurations, troubleshooting methodologies, and best practices.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve intricate technical challenges.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to offer support beyond standard business hours as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with the Ab Initio ETL tool suite.
  • Proficiency in GDE, Co>Operating system, EME, Control>Center, Conduct>IT, Express>IT, DQA, Metadata Hub (MDH), Query>IT.
  • Desirable experience with Ab Continuous flows, Ab Initio Web Services, and BRE.
  • Experience in Ab Initio configuration management utilizing Ab Initio EME alongside other third-party tools such as Jenkins.
  • Competence in Unix scripting and familiarity with Unix and AIX Operating Systems.
  • Strong grasp of database principles and SQL, along with practical knowledge of databases like Oracle, DB2, and Teradata.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
