Compensation:
$75 to $85 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including paid holidays, overtime, PTO, sick days, and a 401k plan with matching contributions. An annual review and potential year-end bonus will be provided at the employer's discretion.

The household consists of four members, including two children.
Role Responsibilities:
As the Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for:
1. Crafting innovative and nutritious menus tailored to the family's dietary needs and preferences.
2. Preparing, measuring, and packaging meals that align with specific macro and caloric requirements, covering all meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and snacks.
3. Collaborating with the family's personal trainer to ensure nutritional goals are met.
4. Sourcing groceries and kitchen supplies, establishing connections with local farmers for organic produce and responsibly sourced proteins.
5. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
6. Staying updated on culinary trends and introducing new food options to the family.
7. Planning and executing family-style dinners and managing service for larger gatherings.
8. Traveling with the family during summer months and other designated times throughout the year.
Qualifications:
1. A degree from a recognized culinary program or equivalent experience in hospitality management.
2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in culinary roles, with at least 2 years as a private chef.
3. Proficient knowledge of food safety protocols, budgeting, and inventory management.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various audiences.
5. A valid driver's license is required.
