Position Summary
We are seeking dynamic, innovative, and motivated Retail Shop Managers-on-Duty to join our team at Equinox locations in Long Island. This role is ideal for individuals eager to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Experience:

  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Guide and mentor Shop Associates in effective sales techniques and key performance indicators.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience for all visitors.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all services, programs, and products offered.

Operational Excellence:

  • Consistently uphold loss prevention and inventory management protocols.
  • Ensure the team comprehends all communication and training materials, completing operational tasks accurately and on time.
  • Support the hiring, training, and development of Shop staff.
  • Assist with scheduling and shift management.

Product Presentation:

  • Ensure the Shop and staff reflect company brand standards through effective merchandising and adherence to dress codes.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the sales floor and stockrooms.

Professional Development:

  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Stay informed about company standards and practices across departments to promote teamwork.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, supporting company initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to follow direction.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to embrace new ideas and techniques.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Compensation: Pay starts at $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional incentives.
