We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our team at Restaurant 604. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients for our menu items, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients for main, side, and dessert dishes, including cutting vegetables and preparing sauces and dressings.
  • Monitor side dish ingredients and report inventory levels to the Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Assist in the preparation of special events and regular dining hours.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to our high standards and meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
