Marketing Director for Social Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our social transformation efforts, focusing on data and analytics, strategy, technology, and creativity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
This role requires a strong background in marketing, with expertise in social media, influencer marketing, and cultural marketing. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex marketing challenges and identify strategies to drive success.
Key Responsibilities- Presents to clients and attends client meetings, partner meetings, and events to ensure seamless communication and relationship-building.
- Leverages client relationships to drive business growth, while maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and competitors.
- Develops and delivers strategic client presentations, providing creative and innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Owens financial aspects of clients, including forecasts, budgets, and investments, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement.
- Trains and develops team members, coaching them for growth and motivating them to develop skills.
- Oversees simultaneous project work-back schedules and deliverables of cross-departmental teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manages progress across functions, workstreams, and key milestones, overseeing cross-functional execution to deliver on launch strategy and ongoing execution.
- Maintains a strong understanding of industry changes and competitor activity, developing trend reports and case studies.
- A strong background in marketing, with expertise in social media, influencer marketing, and cultural marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex marketing challenges.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage direct reports and serve as a leader to cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, and Docs), social, and creator tracking and monitoring tools.
- Flexibility to travel and staff events as needed (10-20%).
