About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our social transformation efforts, focusing on data and analytics, strategy, technology, and creativity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

This role requires a strong background in marketing, with expertise in social media, influencer marketing, and cultural marketing. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex marketing challenges and identify strategies to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Presents to clients and attends client meetings, partner meetings, and events to ensure seamless communication and relationship-building.
  2. Leverages client relationships to drive business growth, while maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and competitors.
  3. Develops and delivers strategic client presentations, providing creative and innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  4. Owens financial aspects of clients, including forecasts, budgets, and investments, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement.
  5. Trains and develops team members, coaching them for growth and motivating them to develop skills.
  6. Oversees simultaneous project work-back schedules and deliverables of cross-departmental teams to ensure timely delivery.
  7. Manages progress across functions, workstreams, and key milestones, overseeing cross-functional execution to deliver on launch strategy and ongoing execution.
  8. Maintains a strong understanding of industry changes and competitor activity, developing trend reports and case studies.
Requirements
  • A strong background in marketing, with expertise in social media, influencer marketing, and cultural marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex marketing challenges.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage direct reports and serve as a leader to cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, and Docs), social, and creator tracking and monitoring tools.
  • Flexibility to travel and staff events as needed (10-20%).
  • A strong balance of analytic and creative thinking.
