About the Position
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, nurses and other members of the care team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing, with a focus on gerontology or primary care. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The salary range for this position is $102,200 - $140,700 per year, plus bonus incentives based on company and/or individual performance. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan, time off, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and more.
About the Job Responsibilities
This role involves providing direct patient care, including evaluations, treatments and coordination of care. The ideal candidate will also participate in multidisciplinary care teams, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
