Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients to identify and meet their goals and needs, providing cost-effective treatments that improve motion and mobility, and promoting healthy lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and meet patients' goals and needs.• Provide Physical Therapy services to patients in the home setting, in accordance with Physician plan of care and under the supervision of a licensed PT.• Offer cost-effective treatments to improve clients' motion and mobility.• Develop care plans using various treatment techniques.• Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs.• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor.• Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions.• Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally.• Promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.• Consult and practice with other health professionals.• Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress.• Document patient care services.

Requirements
• PTA Certification for the state of TX.• CPR Certification.• Professional Liability Insurance.• Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.• Multi-disciplinary collaboration for patient care.• Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.• Current knowledge of treatment practices.• Friendly and professional demeanor when explaining procedures and treatments.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes multiple major medical plans, spousal insurance, 401k options, paid training, and an internal awards and recognition program.
