Job Overview:

As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will acquire diverse skills in a vibrant work setting. Job Specifications:
  • Outlet: Mountain Dining Locations
  • Starting Wage: $12.89 / hour + tips
  • If hired into a tipped position, a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips is guaranteed.
  • Schedule Availability: Full Time & Part Time Hours Available
  • Skill Level: Entry
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build connections with guests and fellow employees.
  • Share your enthusiasm for the mountains during service.
  • Adhere to the leadership's guidelines provided during daily pre-shift meetings.
  • Gain knowledge of all menu items to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Utilize a point-of-sale system to accurately enter orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout and at the end of your shift.
  • Optional: Ski/Snowboard after work (location dependent).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all the essential training for safe job execution.
  • A willingness to learn and grow.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.

The expected pay range is $20.00. This reflects the compensation we reasonably anticipate for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on various factors.
