Join WGNSTAR's Dynamic Team

We are seeking a skilled Field Services Engineer to join our dynamic team at WGNSTAR. As a Field Services Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our semiconductor equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Removal of chamber kits and forelines
  • Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines
  • Complete tool shutdown and power off all systems and subcomponents
  • Follow all LOTO and customer procedures
  • Daily pre-task planning with customers
  • Install caps, plugs, shipping fixtures, and casters
  • Disassemble tools in preparation for removal from the fab
  • Document all Deinstall activities using a 2D Deinstall checklist
  • Report the status of Deinstall projects
  • Adhere to all customer safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment
  • Junior Field Service Engineers should have 1-4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Senior Field Service Engineers should have a minimum of 5+ years of OEM direct experience on one or more of the following:
  • AMAT Endura, Producer
  • ASM Polygon
  • DNS Screen SU3200 & SU3000
  • Hitachi M-9010, M-712, HS-9050
  • Kokusai Quixace, Zestone
  • LAM2300 Kiyo, Flex
  • LAM Altus
  • TEL Tactrus, Telius
