Your Role

As a Junior Venue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the venue. Your duties will include:
  • Assisting senior management and taking charge in their absence.

  • Maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Managing profit margins and driving sales growth.
  • Motivating, coaching, and developing team members to help them progress in their careers.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a passion for creating a positive team environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and experience in a fast-paced, fresh food setting.
  • Computer literacy skills.
