The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in leading end-to-end computing design efforts, architecting key elements of the solution, and evaluating technical options. Key Responsibilities- Design and implement complex computing systems that support our information technology initiatives
- Lead end-to-end computing design efforts, including architecting key elements of the solution and evaluating technical options
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to craft winning solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications
- Collaborate with our development teams to ensure that solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively
- Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Significant experience working directly with customers on building complex technical solutions to solve business challenges in production environments
- Experience designing and implementing solutions in AWS, Azure, or other public cloud environments
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams
- Experience using infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience leading cross-functional development teams and initiatives
- Experience managing projects, planning projects, drafting and organizing project documentation, identifying and documenting risks, issues, and dependencies
- Experience developing solutions in low-code environments like Appian
- Experience developing solutions in Python, Java, or equivalent
