Job Title: Cross-Utilized Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cross-Utilized Agent. This role will involve providing exceptional service to our customers, handling customer luggage, and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide total customer service to all people desiring to use customer or charter service
  • Process customer tickets, check baggage, and monitor carry-on baggage
  • Provide information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, and seating arrangements
  • Handle denied boarding situations, solicit volunteers, and accommodate customers
  • Ensure FAA, Airline, and airport regulations are followed
  • Enforce safety/security measures and protect sensitive zones
  • Assist customers with special needs, such as those who require assistance in boarding
  • Perform ramp, commissary, and aircraft cleaning duties as required
Requirements:
  • People-oriented and highly motivated with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to read and write English; bilingual skills a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
  • Must be available to work varied hours, including swing and graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be well-groomed and physically fit
  • Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Able to attend required training
Physical Demands:

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • Carry a 70-pound suitcase from the floor to 18 inches and carry it in front of them with both hands for a distance of up to 25 feet
  • Have physical dexterity sufficient to perform repetitive tasks and motions, including bending at the waist and knees, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, and sustaining those positions for extended amounts of time
  • Have sufficient vision and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position
