Maintenance Porter for Upscale Residential Complex

Work ScheduleMonday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
CompensationHourly Rate: $16.00
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently complete maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness of the building's exterior through regular cleaning and power washing.
- Manage waste disposal by cleaning and emptying exterior trash receptacles.
- Ensure the curbside area is kept tidy and presentable.
- Handle trash removal and seasonal snow and debris management.
- Assess the time and scope required for repairs.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks.
- Keep track of material and supply inventory.
- Supervise external contractors' work when necessary.
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with various maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to manage a physically demanding workload.
- Strong attention to deadlines and detail.
