Licensed Practical Nurse

IntelyCare is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities in the area, providing compassionate care to residents and contributing to a comfortable and safe facility environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting medical histories.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement resident care plans.
- Conduct resident intakes, track medical records, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with the administration of medications, track their use, and monitor their effects.
- Participate in staff training and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new colleagues.
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
- High school diploma (or GED/equivalent).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in an LPN or related role.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Competitive hourly pay range: $41-$53.
