About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and children struggling with various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and more.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions as needed.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • License to practice as a Psychologist in the state of employment.
  • Experience working with adults and children in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
