Key Responsibilities:
The Mixologist is tasked with delivering exceptional service to both internal and external patrons.

This role encompasses providing beverage service to guests and cocktail servers while ensuring outstanding customer relations.


Core Duties:


1. Delivers exemplary customer service, positively influencing interactions with guests and colleagues, and demonstrates resilience in managing challenging situations.

2. Maintains company assets and resources in an organized manner.

3. Prepares beverages following established recipes; upholds a clean and safe working environment.

4. Showcases specific product offerings and ordering protocols.

5. Monitors appropriate inventory levels of all supplies at designated bars.

6. Communicates any issues or situations that may negatively impact the establishment to the immediate supervisor.

7. Responsible for the security and accuracy of the assigned cash bank and accountable for any discrepancies.

8. Opens and closes the bar in accordance with established protocols.

9. Provides guidance to bar attendants assigned to the bar.

Qualifications:
1. Knowledge and proficiency in mixing a diverse range of beverages.

2. Exceptional customer service abilities.

3. Familiarity with the operation of all bar equipment.

4. Capability to direct cocktail servers.

5. Must be able to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications as per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.

6. Indiana ABC Permit (Liquor License) is mandatory.

7. Prior bartending experience is essential.

8. Must be at least 21 years of age.


The skills and competencies required for this position are typically acquired through the completion of an accredited bartending program or two years of experience in high-volume cocktail service, preferably in a hospitality or gaming environment.
