Key Qualifications:
Preferred experience in conducting inquiries within the aerospace, automotive, or similar manufacturing sectors, focusing on areas such as timekeeping, production processes, quality assurance, security protocols, utilization of IT resources, proprietary data, procurement practices, and conflict of interest management.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
Experience in Ethics & Compliance is required.
Certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance (LPEC), or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) are advantageous.
Educational Background and Experience Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is mandatory, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that enables the successful execution of job responsibilities. A minimum of 5 years in ethics and compliance roles, including at least two years of experience in conducting audits or investigations, is required.

Foster a constructive workplace culture by adhering to corporate values, delivering timely and dependable business conduct guidance, investigating claims of misconduct, and providing training and counseling to employees. Ensure that program goals align with relevant policies, laws, and regulations.

Essential Duties:
- Guarantee adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee and execute intricate investigations into suspected misconduct.
- Advise on suitable actions and processes to address and prevent misconduct.
- Manage employee reporting systems.
- Deliver timely and reliable Business Conduct Guidance.
- Coordinate the creation and implementation of pertinent training programs on business ethics.
- Innovate employee communication, training, and program promotion initiatives.
- Develop and disseminate decision-making aids to support sound judgment.
- Exemplify corporate values through leadership.
- Conduct audits to verify compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Engage in various employee feedback and communication activities (e.g., round-table discussions, surveys, focus groups).
- Monitor metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Prepare reports concerning allegations, investigations, and program outcomes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that require attention.
- Research emerging trends within the field.
Other Qualifications:
- Professional certification or study in fraud examination, internal auditing, investigation, or Ethics/HR specialization is preferred.
