Job Description

At K2 Staffing, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and execution to completion and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and communicate project status and progress.
  • Manage and control project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multifamily or commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in construction-related software, including project management tools and building information modeling (BIM) software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
