About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading manufacturer of high-performance FPGA-based products.

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for producing world-class PCB products on state-of-the-art Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment.

The successful candidate will have excellent soldering skills, attention to detail, and be able to adapt to change.

A minimum High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required, with certifications to J-STD-001 CIS and IPC-A-610 CIS preferred.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Solder THT and SMT components per IPC A 610 Class III Standards
  • Rework and touch up per IPC A 610 Class III Standards
  • Assemble PCBs into complex modules
  • Build cable and chassis assemblies
  • Press fit connectors using benchtop manual press
  • Implement ECOs
  • Inspect incoming material: PCBs, panels, heatsinks, etc.
  • Complete final assembly of products
  • Build prototypes for Engineering using schematics
