Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of electronic billing and remittance advice systems
  • Experience with Sandata software a plus
