Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional services expert to join our Corporate Performance Management (CPM) practice as a OneStream Solution Architect. As a key member of our team, you will lead technical aspects of OneStream engagements, including new implementations and optimization efforts, across the full project lifecycle spanning requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical aspects of OneStream engagements, including new implementations and optimization efforts, across the full project lifecycle.
  • Team with the leadership of the firm's CPM practice helping to set and execute strategy, grow the practice, deepen the alliance relationship with OneStream, amplify our center of excellence, and support staffing and recruiting efforts.
  • Support business development pursuits and marketing initiatives, including events, conferences, discovery, demonstrations, and proposal efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to MorganFranklin's delivery methodology, approach, standards, tools, and templates, while proactively identifying opportunities and developing solutions for continual improvement.
  • Educate internal and external audiences on OneStream XF capabilities and best practices.
  • Develop team members through coaching, mentorship, career development activities, and technical training.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of direct, full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream.
  • 5+ additional years of direct, full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream and/or other market leading CPM solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop technical solutions to empower functional business needs.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional services experience.
  • Strong understanding of the functional business processes that CPM enables including close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong perspective on CPM best practices.
  • Experience with data integration, conversions, and interfaces.
  • OneStream business rules and/or .NET and/or VBA and/or SQL experience.
  • Experience managing projects, including responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, resource management.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build teams that deliver services and solutions that surpass client expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems, IT, or related field.
  • Prior functional, industry experience in corporate accounting or financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
  • OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) lead architect certification.
  • CPA, PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

Our estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
