Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational community, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for students to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs, using evidence-based techniques to promote effective communication and language skills.
  • Therapy Sessions: Deliver engaging and interactive therapy sessions that cater to the unique needs and learning styles of each student.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure a cohesive approach to education.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized documentation of services provided, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid SLP license in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience: Experience working with pediatric populations is desirable.
