About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mailroom Worker to join our team at Challenge Unlimited. As a Mailroom Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mailroom services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver mail from the post office and throughout the refinery or assigned sites.
- Immediately deliver incoming overnight packages to recipients.
- Sort and organize mail by recipient name/department and prepare for delivery.
- Apply postage and prepare mail for US Postal Service delivery.
- Enter data into the computer for shipping labels for overnight packages.
- Complete customer requests on copying, folding, binding, and other duplication and print jobs.
- Promote a culture that advances the Company's mission to provide work opportunities to individuals with disabilities and disadvantages.
- Maintain good communication and positive relationships with co-workers.
Requirements:
- Candidates with a documented disability will be strongly considered.
- Pass federal and state background checks.
- Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Pass driving background checks.
- Pass a drug test.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Lifting and carrying up to 45 lbs.
- Pushing and pulling up to 45 lbs.
