Primary Care LPN

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Emory Healthcare. As a Primary Care LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families in routine nursing situations under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed provider. This includes assisting physicians and registered nurses in the comfort, care, and treatment of patients, as well as conducting daily inventory of medical equipment and supplies.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families in routine nursing situations.
- Assist physicians and registered nurses in the comfort, care, and treatment of patients.
- Conduct daily inventory of medical equipment and supplies.
- Obtain and document patient vital signs, including temperature, respirations, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
- Licensure/Certification: Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Georgia. Current BLS certification required.
