As a Medication Administration Technician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating Medication Administration: Ensure timely and accurate medication delivery to all assigned residents.
  • Daily Living Assistance: Support residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, and meal preparation.
  • Monitoring Well-being: Observe and respond to the physical and emotional needs of residents.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and confidential records, including daily shift reports and resident care agreements.
  • Effective Communication: Collaborate with fellow staff members to address urgent needs and concerns.
  • Task Management: Efficiently manage assigned responsibilities within your scheduled shift.
