We are a reputable, fee-for-service psychological practice offering a collaborative environment with competitive compensation. Our services encompass therapy and psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, and we pride ourselves on our esteemed reputation within the community.

We are currently seeking a licensed clinical psychologist in Virginia for either full-time or part-time roles. Applicants must have a specialization in working with children and adolescents. The ideal candidate will engage in both psychotherapy and psychological assessments.

Key Benefits:
  • Flexible scheduling options to promote work-life balance, along with weekly peer supervision and avenues for professional development.
  • Support for the cultivation of specific professional specialties, including marketing and networking opportunities to enhance individual interests.
  • Work at least two evenings per week or one evening and one weekend day. Full-time psychologists will manage 16 to 20 therapy clients weekly and conduct two assessment cases monthly.
  • Contractors will receive 60% of the fees for both therapy and assessments, with a 70% rate for self-referrals. Full-time psychologists seeing over 20 therapy clients weekly will earn 100% of the service fee for each additional client.
  • Comprehensive support including office space, furniture, supplies, referrals, and weekly peer supervision.
  • This is a 1099 position, with potential transition to employee status in the near future, while maintaining comparable take-home compensation.
  • Virginia Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a focus on children and adolescents is required.
Note: Currently, therapy sessions are conducted via telehealth, with plans to resume in-person sessions shortly. Psychological testing is performed in-person, adhering to COVID safety protocols.

Compensation is competitive and includes unique bonus opportunities, although no benefits are provided at this time.
