We are a well-established, fee-for-service psychological practice offering competitive compensation in a collegial environment. Our team provides therapy and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, and is highly regarded within the community.

We are looking for a Virginia licensed clinical psychologist to fill a full or part-time role. Specialization in working with children and adolescents is essential. The ideal candidate will engage in both psychotherapy and psychological evaluations.

Key Highlights:
  • Flexible scheduling options to promote work-life balance, along with weekly peer supervision and avenues for professional development.
  • Support for the growth of specialized professional skills, with marketing and networking assistance to enhance individual interests.
  • Minimum commitment of two evenings per week or one evening and one weekend day. Full-time psychologists will manage 16 to 20 therapy clients weekly and conduct two assessment cases monthly.
  • Contractors will receive 60% of the revenue generated from therapy and testing services, with a higher percentage for self-referrals. Additionally, full-time psychologists exceeding 20 therapy clients weekly will earn 100% of the service fee for each additional client.
  • Comprehensive support including office space, furniture, supplies, referrals, and weekly peer supervision.
  • This is currently a 1099 position, with potential transition to employee status in the near future, maintaining comparable take-home compensation.
  • Virginia Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a focus on children and adolescents is required.
Note: Therapy is currently conducted via telehealth, with plans to resume in-person sessions soon, while assessments are being performed in compliance with COVID safety protocols.
Compensation is competitive and includes unique bonus opportunities. Benefits are not available at this time.
