Deliver personalized service while addressing guests by name.
Effectively resolve service-related issues in accordance with established protocols.
Act as a goodwill ambassador during work hours and at public relations events; participate in promotional activities.
Promote casino events and initiatives.
Provide prompt (20 minutes or less round time), friendly, and professional beverage service to guests; adeptly manage full trays during service rounds.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene appropriately as per guidelines.
Take drink orders, liaise with bartenders, assist in drink preparation, and present beverages to guests.
Handle cash transactions following company procedures.
Collaborate effectively with fellow beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisors, and slot supervisors.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of ServSafe Alcohol training certification is mandatory.
Ability to read, write legibly, understand, and communicate in English.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
Proficient in handling cash and making accurate change.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn about tray service and cocktail ingredients.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Must adhere to professional appearance standards as set by company policy.
Physically capable of performing job duties with reasonable accommodations.
Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. (full cocktail tray) for extended periods.
Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.
Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, often crowded and noisy environment.
Physically mobile with the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and perform various physical tasks in different work areas.
