Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Clerk to join our team. As a Food Service Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain accurate records of food service transactions, including meal delivery tickets and inventory management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Assist with food service compliance files and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in office procedures and related clerical duties preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions

The majority of your time will be spent in a fast-paced office environment, with occasional exposure to food service areas. You should be able to lift, carry up to 20 lbs., climb, walk, stand (occasionally) and lift/carry up to 10 lbs., push/pull up to 40 lbs., bend, stoop, reach above shoulder level, work with machinery (frequently).
