**Job Summary**

ENTWISTLE COMPANY is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that parts are inspected and processes are performed per documented quality procedures and customer contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test parts and products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Perform in-process inspections and audits at individual workstations.
  • Conduct final product and assembly inspections and tests.
  • Perform first piece inspection for complex parts.
  • Inspect vendor-supplied items for purchase order compliance.
  • Perform internal audits per quality system requirements.
  • Interact with customer and government inspectors and quality development personnel.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent technical school training in Inspection/Metrology or Machining.
  • 3 or more years' experience as a quality inspector.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Able to operate in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • 2 or more years of inspection experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the AS9100 quality system is desirable.
  • Familiarity with DoD/Mil specifications and processes desirable.
  • Ability to climb, squat, and stand on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Able to lift 40 lbs.
