Traveling Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
Assured Nursing Inc is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a contract position in Danville, Illinois. The ideal candidate will possess a current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist and have at least 2 years of recent experience in the field. The position is for 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week, and 8 hours per day. The Speech Language Pathologist will work in the SHMC - Speech Therapy department, providing therapy services to patients. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
* Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
* At least 2 years of recent experience in the field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
