We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Willow ABA Services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About the Role

The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD
  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs to ensure they are performing their jobs in accordance with the guidelines set forth by Willow, HIPAA regulations, and the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Conduct thorough medical documentation audits for all clients regularly
  • Participate in the presentation of client progress and act as an active training member for directors
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Competency in writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
  • Experience with children, teens, and young adults in a clinic setting (preferred)
  • Ability to provide supervision for staff in school to become a BCBACreative and organized
  • Strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of BACB ethics and policies
  • Experience with Central Reach (highly desired)
