Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
