Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Driving adoption and standardization of Banking Platform functional processes/setup across teams
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and recommending functional changes to improve system interaction
  • Translating requirements and ideas into proper functional and technical design documents
  • Working closely with testing teams across multiple systems to build out Banking Platform best practices
  • Researching and experimenting with functional solutioning

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and independent problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Banking software development life cycle, including gathering and analysis of business requirements and specifications
  • Experience with business consultancy working across multiple areas within large organizations
  • Experience with identifying and driving strategic initiatives, defining market and product requirements, and managing product implementation

Education and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:
  • 8+ years of banking background
  • Experience working at large financial services organizations
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field
