About the Role

As a Corporate Staff Attorney at Hart David Carson LLP, you will play a critical part in managing transactions and drafting various documents, including purchase/sale agreements and operating agreements. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be vital in ensuring the success of our clients' projects.
